Refunds and Exchanges

If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase we will refund or exchange all products delivered back to us in good condition within 30 days of the purchase date.
Before returning the products please send an email to our customer service department cs-uk@casablancapolo.co.uk clearly stating your order number, invoice number and product number of the goods to be returned.

Once you have received acknowledgement from our customer service department you must take the following steps:

• ship all goods in a secure container (cardboard box or similar) adequately taped or bound
• include a copy of the original invoice and a copy of our customer service acknowledgement receipt
• send the goods insured and prepaid to the address stated below
